# 8. $54Q And qPower

$54Q is the ValueQube platform token, with a total supply of **54,000,000,000 $54Q**.

Its roles include community incentives, qPower weighting, liquidity construction, governance participation, data services, ecosystem development, and protocol-level value feedback. The boundary is clear: $54Q is not a qAsset vault share, does not own underlying strategy returns, and does not provide qAsset redemption rights.

qPower is a contribution-weight system, not a yield promise. It may record valid strategy participation, referral participation, reinvestment, and long-term $54Q holding. It does not change qAsset account value, redemption rules, or underlying strategy returns.

#### Utility Without Claim Confusion

$54Q is designed to sit at the platform layer. Its utility should come from participation, governance, data services, liquidity coordination, ecosystem access, and protocol-level feedback. It should not be described as a pass-through claim on qAsset income or a redemption right against strategy accounts.

| Object | Measures / Represents | Does Not Represent |
| ------ | -------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------ |
| qAsset | User strategy-account state | Platform-token ownership |
| $54Q | Platform participation and ecosystem utility | qAsset vault share or underlying strategy return |
| qPower | Contribution weight | Cash yield, redemption value, or account NAV |

More details regarding the Tokenomics will be publicly disclosed before the IDO or TGE.
