# 8. $54Q と qPower

$54Q は ValueQube のプラットフォームトークンであり、総供給量は **54,000,000,000 $54Q** である。

役割には、コミュニティインセンティブ、qPower ウェイト、流動性構築、ガバナンス参加、データサービス、エコシステム発展、プロトコル価値回流が含まれる。境界は明確である。$54Q は qAsset の金庫持分ではなく、基礎戦略収益を所有せず、qAsset の償還権も提供しない。

qPower は貢献ウェイトシステムであり、利回りの約束ではない。有効な戦略参加、紹介参加、再投資、$54Q 長期保有を記録できる。qAsset の口座価値、償還ルール、基礎戦略収益を変更しない。

#### 効用と請求権を混同しない

$54Q はプラットフォーム層に位置するよう設計される。その効用は、参加、ガバナンス、データサービス、流動性調整、エコシステムアクセス、プロトコル価値回流から生まれるべきである。qAsset 収入へのパススルー請求権や、戦略口座に対する償還権として説明されるべきではない。
